🐉 The Dragon of Porthtowan has landed at @nttrelissick for this year’s Kalan Gwav! Ongoing until the 1st of November. Along with many other great artworks or Cornish mythology, @darkcornwall has put up a fantastic exhibition throughout the site. This is a must-visit if you’re in Cornwall! I am honoured to have designed the dragon - which Dark Cornwall has scaled up to a massive menacing size!!! I hope you enjoy watching the process and be sure to visit Trelissick Gardens. You won’t regret it! The Dragon of Porthtowan - an ancient beast of Cornish folklore, born from the dark killas rock and fierce Atlantic storms. Legends tell that she once brooded deep within the coastal caverns between Porthtowan and Chapel Porth, emerging to terrorise the coastline until she met her match in a thunderous, mythical battle against a spectral white hound of the cliffs… Have you ever walked around these cliffs? 🪨 #cornwall #nationaltrust #trelissick #kalangwav #dragon
